Last weekend we headed to Exmoor for Treborough Horse Trials where I rode Total Equestrian Construction’s six-year-old Total Darkness and Katherine Coleman’s gorgeous five-year-old Handpainted.
Total Darkness, or Ted as he is known, was competing for the first time at novice level and lead the dressage, jumped great showjumping and felt very scopey cross country. He’s a lovely prospect for the future.
Handpainted was competing in his first BE competition and produced a 90 in his dressage and then went double clear which was a great result.
