A busy couple of days for Team Keen at Tweseldown in typical March eventing weather, quite windy!
On Thursday we had Quintessential (Chilli) and Total Miracle (Leo) in the BE100. Leo felt great and put in a solid performance for 7th place in the 100. Chilli was also on good form, but had an unlucky green mistake coming out of the water cross country. Total Belief (April) finished off the day in the OI and went very well, she felt mega cross country.
Day two and I had Total Darkness (Ted) along with Barrison (Benji) and Leaping Lord (Ollie) owned by Margaret Cuff. Ollie put in a solid double clear, with just a slightly tense test. Benji jumped well, but rolled a couple of poles, however finished up with a solid clear cross country. Last but least was our homebred Ted, who is renowned for being a tad spooky, but he managed to pull it out the bag to win his section with a 26.5 dressage. Brilliant result, as he has been quite hard work at times!
A big well done to our apprentice, Ellie, who put in a lovely double clear.
Huge thanks to all the team and organisers at Tweseldown for a great couple of days competing.
