Our homebred Total Belief (April) was an absolute star in her second intermediate at Wilton where she did a beautiful dressage test, with a slight mistake, to score 23.9 and then jumped a great double clear to finish fourth. At this stage in her career we took it steady to pick up a handful of time penalties, but she absolutely oozes class and I’m so pleased with her.
Prior to Wilton, she’d had her first run in an intermediate at Aston-Le-Walls where again she was fourth with a very good double clear.
Katherine Coleman’s Handpainted continues to excite me and had his third ever run in a BE100 at Wilton where he produced a super clear cross country having rolled an unlucky pole showjumping after a really good dressage test. He’s only five and is showing all the signs that he has a very bright future ahead of him.
Our homebred Total Darkness is also proving an absolute star and has jumped clear cross country on his nine outings this season with the exception of Portman where I missed out a fence! He’s stepped up to novice level and is coping admirably given he has a tendency to spook.
