Impuls V had a great run at Barbury International Horse Trials this weekend in the novice. A lovely test, then a solid round showjumping, with just an unlucky rail – but I was really pleased with how he coped being in the atmospheric main arena. Onto cross country and I didn’t push him for time, but he gave me a fantastic ride, it was good track with an international feel and he answered all the questions.
